Apple pie is to dessert as Apple products are to the world of technology: well-loved by all (or most). This apple pie takes this classic dessert and brings it into the world of handy gadgets and the latest computers!

The trick here is to fit the upper crust to the top of the spring form pan before you start putting together the pie. Then, either use a paring knife, or go all out geek and use a carbon dioxide laser (you know you want to) to create the iconic Apple logo. Mix the apples (we prefer granny smith) with honey and cinnamon for a quick filling, and once cooled, pop the pie out of the spring form pan and serve. It’s both delicious and a conversation starter – perfect for the lull that occurs after dinner is served. Enjoy!
