It’s funny: many adults have an issue with their food staring back at them, yet for some reason this is one of the few things that will entice even the pickiest kid to chow down. And of course, the Super Nanny has used this to her advantage!
This recipe takes your classic spaghetti and meatballs and makes just a few tweaks to keep it interesting. Rather than smaller, bite-size meatballs, make two large ones for the base of the eyeballs. Then top it off with sour cream and olives to create the rest of the eyes. While it’s not really any different than your standard recipe, it’s the presentation the counts. Remember, you eat with your eyes first, and picky kids are a prime example of this. Serve this with bowl of fresh fruit (or a salad if they can be talked into into it) and enjoy!
