If you’re watching your cheese intake, this shouldn’t be a weekly meal; however, for that special day in October or for a themed party, it’s absolutely perfect!
Start off with your favorite meatloaf recipe. If you don’t have one, mix two pounds of ground meat (beef, turkey, pork, or a combination) with a cup of dry breadcrumbs, diced onions and peppers, one to two eggs, and seasonings of your choice. Then, mold your mix into a mummy and bake it off like you usually would (350 to 400 degrees for about an hour usually works). Once it comes out of the oven, create the “wraps” with cheese, the eyes with olives, and serve it with a heaping-big salad to balance out the cheese-factor. Enjoy!
