Bento lunchboxes are all the rage, but sometimes you just don’t have a multi-compartment container on hand, or the time to make several different things to add to it. This butterfly sandwich has all of the cuteness of a classic bento lunchbox, but only takes a few minutes to make and requires nothing more than a standard square tupperware.
This ham and cheese sandwich uses a bit of the filling to create an adorable butterfly. Use a cookie cutter to create the basic shape after you make the sandwich, and then cut four circles out of ham and turn a slice of cheese into the body of the butterfly. Two candy eyes and a handful of grapes, and lunch is not only done, but way more fun than a standard sandwich!
