- 2 kiwis
- 1 clementine
- 2 small bananas
There’s something about fruit and the tropics that go hand-in-hand, which makes laying out your fruit platter like a couple of palm trees a no-brainer!
Directions:
- Peel and slice one banana, and arrange it on the platter in the shape of a palm tree trunk. Repeat with the second banana, facing it in the opposite direction.
- Peel and slice two kiwis into wedges. Arrange the slices at the top to create the leaves of the trees.
- Peel and section off one clementine. Arrange the sections below the trees.
Serve this with a bowl of freshly seasoned Greek yogurt, and add a splash of lemon juice to keep things from browning if you aren’t going to serve and eat the fruit right away. Enjoy!
