We love Valentine’s Day. Like, a lot. Sure, it can be overly-sappy, too commercialized, and our significant others may or may not groan profusely as soon as stores start to bring out all of the hearts and whatnot, but so what! It’s fun! What isn’t always awesome, however, is the complete sugar overload.

This recipe rectifies that beautifully with just two ingredients, a few skewers, and a cookie cutter. Watermelon hearts combine with orange sections to create bow-and-arrow platters that are too sweet for words. Use these in place of cupcakes for class parties, a healthy dessert option at adult gatherings, and any time year round when you want to show someone some extra love. After all, you shouldn’t just tell someone you care on February 14th!
