This healthy, protein-rich and meat-free sandwich will brighten just about anybody’s day!

Although covered in the photo, the center of the sunflower sandwich is a circular sandwich thin smeared with a thin layer of cream cheese and topped with some fantastic, plump raisins. Surround that baby with some cheese cut into triangles, and use fresh peppers for the stems and grass. In the end, you have protein from the cheese, whole grains from the bread, raisins to sweeten things up, and a full serving of vegetables to boot! Sounds pretty well-rounded to us!
