- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tomatoes
- Black olives
- Green olives
An interesting breakfast doesn’t have to take hours, but you don’t have to settle for quickly dumping things on a plate each morning either. Here’s how to take scrambled eggs and turn them into something fantastic!
- Beat 8 eggs with one cup of milk. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat a non-stick skillet with olive oil, and cook the eggs until the desired consistency.Transfer the eggs to a serving bowl.
- Quarter 3 tomatoes, removing the seeds. Arrange these around the edge of the bowl of scrambled eggs.
- Skewer black and green olives, alternating the colors, to create bumblebees. Slice a few radishes into rounds and attach these to the bees for the wings.
It’s healthy, delicious, and doesn’t take any longer than making scrambled eggs (provided you prep the veggies as the eggs cook). Serve with fruit and enjoy!
