Berries are rich in antioxidants, flavor, and healthy vitamins and minerals. And they also taste fantastic to boot! With their unique shapes, you can turn them into just about anything, and with this recipe, you can create little mini berry butterflies for your next fruit bowl or staged fruit scene!

All you need for this is a paring knife (and some toothpicks if you want each butterfly to be it’s own individual piece). Attach the berries per the directions, and use them as a garnish, a stand-alone snack, or for a bigger landscape scene made with a bunch of other fruits! For example, use chopped green melon for grass, mint leaves and more melons cut with a scalloped cookie cutter for flowers, and these berries to round it all out. Enjoy!
